Our Mission is to help busy women stay fit and healthy in a friendly and supportive environment despite the pressures of their life circumstances. We believe that fitness is not a luxury of youth but an imperative for healthy ageing that we hope to assist women to realise. We also respect each client’s right to determine how gentle or intense her workout will be and will work with her to tailor her training session to her specific fitness goals and level.

Our trainers are all women who are professionally qualified and accredited personal trainers registered with Fitness Australia, The Health and Fitness Industry Association, and hold Senior First Aid certification. In addition to their qualifications as fitness professionals, these women bring a wealth of life experiences to each session. Having faced the challenge of balancing their own health and fitness with the demands of family or work or both, they now share a passion for helping other women achieve and maintain their fitness goals.
