women, for women. We provide outdoor personal training tailored to busy

For visitors to Sydney from overseas, interstate or just out of town, Women on the Move offers a great way to maintain your fitness regime or maybe start a new one while experiencing some of Sydney’s most famous landmarks or natural beauty spots. Our
Visitor Package includes pick-up and drop-off from your hotel lobby (within our service areas) or a mutually agreed meeting point. One of our trainers will take you on a walk, light jog or run taking in some of the great sights Sydney has to offer. If you wish, other types of training can be included. Not only will your trainer be a qualified fitness professional, she will also be able to provide some mature female companionship. Plus, having the guidance of a Sydney local, you won’t have to worry about getting lost or wandering into the wrong neighbourhood. Your trainer can carry your water bottle and, if you’d like to bring along a small camera, take some happy-snaps for you – all you have to do is enjoy your workout.
For Sydney residents, Women on the Move offers regular outdoor
personal training services specialising in fitness programs for women. Of course, there’s nothing to stop a local from trying out the visitor package, but it’s nice to know that you can experience the same level of personalised service and female understanding on an ongoing basis to achieve real results.
